Heh, we hates synopsis, queries, outlines.... Why can't we just write the damned book?

Sighs

I've come to conclusion, and it really isn't a cheat, that a beta reader is much more qualified to write a hook/synopsis than the writer.

Why?

Because they can not only distance themselves but enthuse over the bits which really caught their eyes.

Now *that* is an excellent idea, especially if you trust the beta's way with words.

Why do they DO this to us? Is there no mercy? Is there no justice?
Why can't they just read the bloody manuscript?
