Happy solstice

I must be one of the world's weirder people. All I can think of right now is , oh GOOD, the days are starting to get shorter now, soon the leaves will be turning and there'll be a nip in the air...I'm a winter gal. Always have been.

Summers are great, but by the end of week three of heat I'm ready for fall. Can't wait for September.

Grrr... is there a way to put a hex on chainsaws?...

Thy've been howling out there all morning, and all I can think of is that it means MORE trees dying, and I"m about ready to curse the entire breed...sorry, Charlie, the chainsaw you wrote about at Wiscon was sweet but right now all chainsaws are cursed cursed cursed and if anyone can tell me a REAL hex I'll throw one out there so that no chainsaw works in SUdden Valley ever again...
