Yes, I know, it's serious, but then you get this immortal passage in today's paper:

"When Broersma got to Alabama Street and North Shore Drive at around 10:30 p.m., about four inches of water already covered the road. As he started to cross the flooded area, the water began rising quickly, and suddenly there were logs and rocks floating around his vehicle."

Rocks FLOAT? *Seriously*, dude?...
