As a freelance copy editor *AND* a writer - I sympathise on both sides of the fence. I'm currently doing a "final" edit of my own work ready to send it out into the world to find a home, in the full knowledge that when it does find a home I'll be going through all the stuff that I put other people through. And loving it.
