Random post here: I was reading an interview you gave with another member of LJ and was thrilled to read that you count Henryk Seinkiewicz as one of your favorite authors! We are few and far between. I've only discovered his writing within the last year or so and I love it!

His "Through Desert and Jungle" was one of the first books I ever read - and it had been my mother's favourite, too, when she was younger - I came THIS close to being named Nella, for Sienkiewicz's heeroine in that book...
