After having read many Language Log posts about bad Chinese -> English translation, I am going to guess the care instructions are meant to be:

1. We recommend hand washing or dry cleaning
2. Do not bleach
3. Do not tumble dry
4. Iron at the lowest temperature setting

And I'm guessing personslk is rayon (which used to be called artificial silk).
