Nah, the Japanese are seriously understanding of the true nature of rabbits--though this makes me wonder if someone is channeling the old Devilbunnies stories.

Seriously, bunnies are more aggressive than people who don't own rabbits realize. The smaller they are, the more aggressive they can be. Somewhere on YouTube there's a video of a wild rabbit attacking a sizeable snake, and chasing it up into a tree.
My MiniLop was the terror of the neighborhood cats and small dogs. And squirrels. Especially the squirrels. Once you have a rabbit in your life, you realize they aren't exactly sweet and cuddly little soft things. In their deepest of hearts, they're little killers (grin).
