Now I need to SERIOUSLY clean up my desk. I'd post a picture but it's just too frightening. Really. Trust me on this. Those piles of paper are on the verge of developing sentience.

Now I have Worldcon to look forward to. And I *do*, honest. If only there weren't airports on the way...

's no third book... that is it, so far as jin shei and its world are concerned...

For now, anyway. The future is what the future is, and maybe some day I'll return - but with "Secrets of Jin Shei" and "Embers of Heaven" I've said all I can say about that particular world for the moment. I'm finishing up the YA trilogy for my next project (one book to go) but after that I will be writing something new and quite different. It is not jin shei, but you'll like it, I think...
