For all you know, though--unless you read Turkic--they could have just put a Gor novel on the inside ...

(I grin in your general direction)

Lemme think--how many more languages has this book been translated into than you speak? You do Serbian, English, American, French, (Afrikaans at all?), a little German, Academic, a little Czech ...

I can't understand a word on their site. Not a Word. Well, perhaps "jin shei" but that's only because that's MY word [grin]

This book, when I get my actual author's copy, is going to be an astonishing object. It's an entire novel which I supposedly wrote... and cannot understand AT ALL. The German, Spanish, Dutch editions - i could piece stuff together. Turkish?... Blank. Absolute blank...

I wouldn't be quite as lost as you, but since that was almost 20 yrs ago, I think I would only be able to understand one out of every 100 words :) It would be an astonishing object for me, too!
